it's been a while since i posted anything on the metro project.




these are some of the final illustrations, they will have text added and then become a spread in a quite large book...

a day in a life

this is an illustration assignment in collaboration with ringling college of art and design. we had to describe a day in our life through one or more images. i started cutting these papers and i kind of like the result, but i wish i had the time to redo the first two ones and make them more of a whole, like the third one.

the hand is not mine but michelle's, she volunteered to help me dowument my work. it also gives an idea of the size.

the andrew bird book

this is a book my boyfriend jangojim and me made for one of our favourite musicians, andrew bird. it also included a comic about his song imitosis, which i've posted about before. you can see jangojim's contribution here.
