sneak preview

ok, time for an update! i'm feeling all happy and summerish so decided to throw away the black background and go for the opposite. i also changed the thingy at the top to a drawing of what i see from my living room window. as a last thing, here's a little preview of the super secret project (which isn't that much of a secret) that i'm working on now:

this morning i found a rainbow in a basket. it was quite calming, i was stressing because i had to go to school and put up all my work for the final showing tomorrow...

my second hardcover book

ok, so i made it. in four days. an assignment we had been working on from january till i don't remember. april? anyway...

i do like this version a lot better. the other book felt overworked, i had killed it by changing stuff all the time. this just seems more right, the way i want it to be.

sorry for the silence, the big final judging is coming up and i spend my days working my ass off...


here's a page of the dream book i posted about before. i wasn't satisfied, my teachers weren't satisfied... so now i'm taking the next four days to make a new one (i'm only keeping three of the original illustrations, and maybe the cover). this might be a huge failure, or just more proof of the fact that i work better if i have to work fast and under pressure, instead of spending months on tiny details.

not really, i wouldn't post about it if it was super secret. i'm not going to say too much though, so the few people who know what i'm talking about, shh!

it will take a long time before you get to see the finished result though, the words 'stop motion' and 'nine minutes' might make this clear.
